Operation and advantages of eutectic plates: The system is based on an intuitive principle: the cold is accumulated during the night stop by an electrically operated refrigeration unit which freezes the eutectic solution .
Subsequently, the eutectic solution, by thawing, "returns" the previously accumulated cold , thus compensating for the thermal dispersion of the bodywork itself and of the door opening, preserving the products in full compliance with the regulations.
