RED COMPACT - ICE COLD WATER
RED Compact, entirely made of stainless steel, is used to cool water at temperatures close to 1°C, mainly used in ripeners. The production of freezing water takes place via a refrigeration system which uses plates with PILLOW PLATE technology as an evaporator immersed in a tank from which the water is taken and then sent to the users.
RED Compact can be supplied with air or water condensation. The cooling capacities vary from 11 up to 57 kW. RED Compact is supplied complete with refrigeration unit.
